Historic centre, local flavour and harbour panoramas
Begin in Senado Square and follow the patterned stone streets into the historic heart of Macao, where pastel civic buildings, churches and intimate side lanes reveal the city's East-meets-West character. Continue up to the Ruins of St. Paul's for one of Macao's signature landmarks, then move south toward A-Ma Temple to connect with the port city's older spiritual and maritime story. Along the way, leave room for almond cookies, egg tarts or other local favourites before ending the day with expansive harbour views near Macao Tower, where the older urban fabric and newer skyline can be appreciated in one sweep.
